How to get a 'Travel Document' to leave Samui and come back without having to do the COVID test

A "Travel Document" to leave Ko Samui can no longer be registered online but you can go to Tessaban Samui (Municipality) or any Sub-District Health Department or Anamai (อนามัย) near home for the document.

What to bring with you:

1. Passport

2. Evidence of Residence: Driving license issued by Samui, Rental agreement, Chanode, Residence certificate, or any proof of residence.

REMARK:** This Travel Document is for the residents living in Samui who want to leave the island and come back in less than 5 days (instead of 7 days, updated on 09/09/21) without having to do a COVID test to re-enter.

** For residents who have a 'Travel Certificate' and stay in Dark Red/ Red zone more than 5 days, the certificate is still valid when check in together with a "Covid test" (RT PCR / Ag Test less than 72 hours) even you are unvaccinated.
