Requirements for eligible foreigners for COVID-19 vaccine in Ko Samui

1. Have a valid visa that has been processed by Surat Thani Immigration Office (Koh Samui)

2. Have a visa in one of the following categories:

• Business/Work

• Retirement

• Student

• Teacher

• Family (Thai Spouse)

• Family (join a foreigner who legally works or has residence in Thailand)

3. Have an address of stay in Koh Samui

In case of incorrect information due to a mistake you will able to register again after your visit to Surat Thani Immigration (Koh Samui) and have been notified of the reason of rejection.
