Quarantine to be reduced to 7-10 days for most arrivals from October 1
Thailand’s Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) decided on Monday (September 27th) to shorten the quarantine period for those fully vaccinated to 7 days effective from October 1st.
Fully vaccinated people need to do 7 days before they can freely travel. RT-PCR tests will be done twice. On Day 0-1 and on Day 6-7.
Not vaccinated and arrived by air or sea need to do 10 days. RT- PCR tests will be done twice on Day 0-1 and on Day 12-13.
Rules for alternative quarantine facilities (ASQ) will be accepted to include outdoor exercise, swimming, and cycling provided there is a closed and controlled place.
Ordering goods and food from outside and meetings for business people coming to Thailand for a short time period only will be allowed too.
