Samui Sandbox (Ko Samui, Ko Phangan & Ko Tao) will be back on 11 January 2022

In addition to Phuket Sandbox, 3 more Sandbox destinations – Krabi, Phang-Nga, and Surat Thani (only Ko Samui, Ko Pha-ngan, and Ko Tao) will be reopened for registration from 11 January 2022

Sandbox's conditions:

• Travellers from any country/territory. Stay in the Sandbox area for 7 days and will be able to travel in Thailand thereafter

• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no less than 14 days before travelling

• Booking for 7 days on approved SHA Extra+ or AQ hotel

• Obtain a negative COVID-19 test result (RT-PCR), issued within 72 hours before travelling

Documents:

• Passport

• Thai Visa (if required)

• Certificate of Vaccination

• Paid AQ / SHA Extra+ hotel reservation confirmation throughout the 7 days period (including the fee for 2 RT-PCR tests)

• Insurance with minimum coverage of 50,000 USD
