Thailand Approves Extended Nightlife Hours in Key Tourist Areas

Today, on November 28, Thailand’s cabinet has approved a ministerial regulation that extends the opening hours of night clubs and entertainment venues in Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya and Chiang Mai provinces as well as on the island of Ko Samui until 4 AM. The new regulation will come into effect by December 15, 2023.

On New Year's Eve 2023, opening hours will be extended until 6:00 a.m. on January 1, 2024.
