Thailand Pass - How to apply "Test & Go" for Quarantine Exemption
What is the 'Test & Go' scheme?
TEST & GO is the quarantine exemption program for vaccinated visitors against COVID-19 from eligible countries/territories under the following conditions.
Conditions
Travelers from eligible countries/territories only
Exempted from quarantine after testing negative for COVID-19 (RT-PCR) after arrival in Thailand
Travel from a port of departure ineligible country/territory and have stayed in eligible countries/territories for at least 21 consecutive days. See a list of eligible countries/territories below.
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no less than 14 days before traveling
Obtain a negative COVID-19 test result (RT-PCR), issued within 72 hours before traveling

Hotel Confirmation: Paid AQ/SHA+ for 1 day & 1 RT-PCR Test (in JPEG)
Medical Insurance minimum coverage of 50,000 USD (in JPEG)
Steps for an application 1.) Choose the first Plan >> " Test & Go "
Fill in the arrival information
Fill in Personal information
Fill in your passport information and upload a document in a JPEG / PNG file.
Fill in the information about your vaccination & upload the proof of vaccination in a JPEG / PNG file.
** If you have a QR Code for the vaccination, better attach a file as well for faster verification.**
Fill in Accommodation information and upload the document in a JPEG file.
*** A document of confirmation needs to be ''Paid AQ / SHA+ & for RT-PCR Test " ONLY. Unpaid booking will be rejected in any case. Once you paid for accommodation, the hotel will register you in the central system.

Fill in your Medical Insurance information and upload the document. ** Medical insurance needs to have coverage with a minimum of 50 000 USD
** Once the application is submitted, you will get an email with the Access Code for checking your application status. **
** Approval usually takes approximately 3-7 days **

Once approved
Once the application is approved, an email with Thailand Pass QR Code will be sent to your registered email.
Documents to prepare upon arrival
1.) Passport with Visa (if necessary)
2.) Thailand Pass QR Code
3.) RT-PCR Test result (Less than 72 hours prior to departure)
